The rooms are clean and the staff are courteous. The room I stayed in didn't have a TV, the fan was weak, and the shower only had cold water (though there are of course rooms with hot showers that were upgraded), so the price is reasonable. …

The room is tiny but I guess it’s ok for it’s price. The staff were good and they assisted me well with my concerns. The only thing that I didn’t like about the place was the construction was nosier than I expected. Although they informed the guests about it, I guess it was not I have expected. Wifi is not that strong too. I had to cut my class short since I have to find another place to do some work since the noise was really bothering my work. I also need to cover my window with a plastic so that people who are fixing the place can’t see me through the window, because I was surprised once when I saw someone suddenly passed.

(+) The property is ok. It seems to have been renovated not too long ago and it is clean. The staff was correct. (-) The room was one of the most unwelcoming places I've stayed on: The single room is tiny, the bed is tiny, the toilet doesn't have a toilet seat and the aircon is one of those noisy window units that struggled to cool the tiny room. I honestly thought these terrible AC units didn't exist anymore. The worst part is that the AC is mounted flush with the bed, right at your feet, so it's blowing cold air on your feet all the time. This also means that the top of the room doesn't get cooled because cold air won't rise, and you feel it every time you stand up. Who on earth thought this was an adequate way to install an AC unit? The location is also inconvenient for tourists (middle of nowhere feeling), but you do have a subway station (LRT1, Gil Puyat) less than 10 minutes away by foot.

We booked a room in this hotel for 3 nights and it wasn’t pleasant: 1. I saw cockroaches on the corridor and even in the room we stayed. ( I didn’t mention it to the staff) 2. The power was down for the next two nights only around the hotel and since it was hot the room smelt a lot after the power outage. I would say the situation wasn’t good but the staff were trying to help but couldn’t. The location was nice just few minutes walk away from the metro. Small shops and restaurants were also present.

This has got to be one of the best deals for the money. Based on the price I was not expecting much, but the building is obviously newly renovated and very nice. The AC in the room worked great and there were water coolers on every hall. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s also right next to a light rail stop which was very useful.

Worst hotel for me... I'm a regular customer in this hotel but so disappointed and many bad experience... Don't easy to believe those reviews 、for short time stay not all hidden problems customer can recognize.. But me I see already... Staff no greetings and not approachable looks like discrimination because choosen look rich and foreigner as I observe the service of staff not same they great and assist customer as they like not give good service to those customer which the real who giving their salaries and position... because customer give a good profit to the hotel. Not active and walang pkialam for those concern of the customer.. I can't explain all of my bad experience.. Because too much and waste time... But at least I give my reviews... How many times i back again in manila Thanks to those experience because I choose other hotel suits for me and good..
